This company from day one did NOT have my back or my best interest in mind. The FIRST day I signed up for their coverage, I paid my installment along with my first months dues. That night I happened to get into a very nasty accident and woke up in the hospital with 50 stitches in my face and had a severe concussion. I immediately thanked my lucky stars for getting insurance THAT MORNING, but to my horror, a week later I received a letter in the mail of them DENYING ANY COVERAGE...stating the contract did not go into effect until midnight. So even though they collected all my money and clearly I was insured, they would not help in any way. I walked away from the accident with 60,000 in medical bills, zero money for my totaled car, an annihilated face, and the guy who hit me was found at fault but had given fraudulent info...he didn't have any car insurance, was unemployed and therefore I received nothing on his end. This was the most devastating experience of my life and biggest financial loss I have every incurred. I would NOT recommend this insurance company. Other companies start your coverage the moment they take your money, and would have never done such a hanis thing.
