I had done some work for Sarah in the past that allowed me to truly learn about her unique business model. Soon after working with her I coincidentally had just bought a new car and was in search of a new insurance company. I decided the clear choice was to go with Options and allow Sarah to help me find my dream insurance experience (yes there is such a thing).
As a first-time independent insurance buyer, I would say I was spoiled. Sarah provided a seamless, painless and simple experience and literally laid the options out for me, making a difficult task easy.
As a person, Sarah is spirited, truly passionate about what she does and will cater to you as the customer, doing whatever she can do to help you understand your options. She is always a joy to talk to and wonderful to work with, I wouldn't have it any other way.
