Steve is the most knowledgeable and thorough masseuse I've met in LA. That's saying alot coming from an ex college football player and active athlete with high expectations. I'm very aware of my body and have not felt this great since college. He's mastered numerous techniques and never uses cookie cutter treatment plans. I've been seeing him every week for 90 mintutes about a couple months and my training has improved as a result. Faster recovery, less muscle tension, improved flexibility, and an improved confidence in my body's capabilities. I've tried several different providers during the past 2 years and none have the skill or empathy he brings each session. I have numerous injuries bothering from over the years, but recently I blew out a disc and was confined to a bed for 2 months (I opted to try rehab, longer recovery, but lasting results). He considers your injuries and helps you turn your weaknesses into strengths. When I came to him, my back would lock up every week from training and my legs were constantly sore. Now I'm able to train faster and harder and have had no back issues whatsoever. My legs are still shot each time, but my training is very intense and there's no getting around this. My legs recover in half the time now and my hips have range of motion I've never experienced before. To sum it up, don't overthink it, if it's good enough for an experienced athlete, he will exceed your expectations.
