my mother and i had anlin windows put in our home in 2006 and completely love the windows and the work that american vision windows did in our house. then about 2 months ago i noticed that the some of the trim was falling off of a couple of windows, so i contacted the santa clara office were i spoke to the service personal. they had an installer out at our house the next week to fix the flat trim falling off of the windows and even checked all of our other windows for problems. we had been actually meaning to call the office to get a quote for other windows that we wanted to replace and found this the perfect time to ask about it. they then sent out a sales representative to our house who gave us a quote for more anlin windows, which were a great price so we decided to purchase. we are very happy with this company.
