Just say no. I had a horrible experience with this company. Though I had set a pick-up the week before needed and confirmed at least 5 times, this horrible company/man left my 89 year old father stranded without a driver. The driver was supposed to meet my dad and drive him and his car from Long Island to New Jersey, where he recently moved. ""Mitch"" at We Drive knew the whole story - that I live in Chicago, that my frail father was closing on his house of 52 years and moving to another state following my mother's death, and that I was very anxious not to be there to support him. At 6:00 AM the morning of the pickup, he confirmed the ride by email for the 5th time. Luckily, my dad had the driver's phone number. When he called, the driver said that he'd never been told about this job. He did come to get my dad (and was apparently very nice) - nearly 4 hours late. When I contacted him, Mitch's response was, ""People make mistakes."" He charged full price, and said that's appropriate. Jerk.
