We started off with Tuna Spicy Dadaki and it was delicious which got us really excited about what we were about to get. Aside from the usual sushi/sashimi, special rolls we ordered came out quite different from what was described on the menu. I ordered a shogun roll because it has eel and tobiko, when I didn't see those in the roll so I asked our waitress to make sure. She said I didn't order eel just Shogun roll which didn't have eel inside. I was pretty sure it did as I held back ordering other eel dishes because of that. So I blamed myself for seeing things and just ate everything. They were all pretty good, except we ended up ordering 3 special rolls all came with eel sauce which isn't anything special - probably our fault for not reading carefully. We asked for a dessert menu which is just the last 2 items on the main menu. Kinda lame to only offer green tea and red bean icecream for dessert. But at least I had another chance to take a look at the description of the Shogun roll again. Bingo!!! Eel and Tobiko was supposed to be inside. Our waiter checked with the chef then said, eel was actually inside the roll but tobiko was not. At this point I couldn't really prove anything since I ate it all, but I can tell that there was no eel. I didn't want to make a big deal and just shrugged it off. The icecream was on the house cuz of that. There is another sushi restaurant right across the street that was a lot more crowded - we will try that restaurant next time. Our waitress was nice but didn't really know anything about the menu. We may come back here again and just stick to regular roll instead of those special roll-wannabe. Pros: fresh sushi Cons: a lot of special rolls come with the same mediocre eel sauce
