In a nutshell: I had a pipe burst in my bedroom closet in addition to storm water damage in my living room. So, my condo association referred me to our insurance company to cover the repairs. That was a nightmare. Between a very incompetent adjustor and his ""premium contractors list"" the mess continued to grow. Fortunately, I was referred to Joe and he was able to walk me through the reimbursement process with a more realistic bid for the repairs. It took 5 months to finally settle with Joe's help. I just came home from a trip and my repairs have been completed. Joe and his team did an incredible job and my home looks as good as new. They completed the repairs in record time and left my home immaculate. I would absolutely trust him with any repairs or construction and will tell everyone I know about how terrific he and ING are. He is honorable and fair-amazing in a world of over priced and under qualified contractors! Thank you so much Joe!!!
