My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and one of her main concerns was her hair. She had beautiful long hair and lots of it. We were referred to Wigs by Barbara by our family friend who unbeknownst to us, had been wearing a wig for alopecia for decades. Our friend is also a very shrewd business woman and has very high standards so we knew that if she trusted Barbara, we could also. Well, Barbara did NOT disappoint! She had GREAT quality wigs, took her time to explain all the wig terms and various options. She got my mother the best wigs ever! (and yes, I said wigS - my mom find a cute short wig she loved!) The wigs have given my mother a lot of comfort. Barbara and Vincent (the stylist) even cut my mother's hair for her and donated it to locks of love! Vincent and Barbara are fun and warm - they argue like an old married couple and their interactions are entertaining. They did a beautiful job styling the wig. They cut in ""baby hair"" near the front to make it look very natural. Barbara even called my mother's insurance company when they denied the claim. Her sense of style, knowledge of wigs, and great personality make it easy for me to recommend her. The business is located at her home - she has a side entrance and a dedicated area for her business and it looks like a cute trendy salon. She has also given my mother numerous scarves and hats which my mother has utilized a lot. This is a difficult time for any family and Barbara does her best to alleviate some of the anxiety. I hightly recommend her!
