Review content:
SVC Homes, LLC is an excellent general contracting company led by Sandro who provides significant value for those looking to complete projects both large and small. Sandro provided a budget estimate for my townhome in a central, urban part of NW DC. Sandro made a complete overhaul of my entire townhome utilities, plumbing and heating and created a new basement apartment unit. The basement apartment remodel was quite extensive and involved Sandro to work autonomously while picking out finishes when I wasn't available including the hard wood floors and appliances. While other larger contractors told me they couldn't give me everything I wanted Sandro made it all happen. Additionally, Sandro went beyond his primary responsibilites by working with the city for permits and handling many of the utility companies involved. Sandro was both enjoyable and very easy to work with, he was flexible in terms of add-ons throughout the process and he will be my primary choice going forward for new development projects.
