Our furnace quit working 10 days after expiration of our Gold Club membership. Not only did Applewood respond courteously and promptly on a Sunday to take care of our problem, but service Rep Kristen DID THE RIGHT THING (most companies don't care if it ran out or not) by honoring our Gold Club Membership anyway, and technician Jacob not only was extremely courteous but new IMMEDIATELY upon description of the problem what the issue was and corrected it. Problem solved, house warm, wife and kids comfortable, and I was pleased beyond measure that a company treats customers the right way like service ""back in the good old days"" when people treated people right. I am in the technical field and know that how they took care of my issue was in the best manner possible. Not even a thought given to renewing our Gold Club Membership with Applewood, and I will do business with and recommend no one else to anyone but Applewood!
