I had a washer that needed repair. Called Todd Honeycutt after reading some reviews online. Todd came to my home two days later (this was not an emergency repair although I was glad when my washer was finally up and running). Todd diagnosed the problem on his initial visit, said he would need to order the part, and would call me the next day with the price. He called me promptly the next day with news that he found the part and what it would cost to purchase/install. I agreed to have him repair my washer and was happy with his professional service.
Pros: Professional, courteous and on time
Cons: Had to wait for part to be ordered
