my first experience at this salon was good, however the second one was horrible. I guess its always fair to follow your first mind. the young lady who performed my first service was not in that day and a new stylist was in. i explained very clear what i wanted and how i wanted my hair something that should have been very simple turned into a disaster. she ended up cuttting my hair uneven ,leaving marks of demarcation, i told her i was not satisfied with the service at all. i later called the owner in regards to the cut who said that if she had to correct it she would have to charge me for a whole new CUT. but if truth be told i only wanted a trim near the nape of neck . i ended up going to a master stylist who had to cut me hair extremely short to blend the areas where the lines where left in my hair. i will never go to this salon again . my advice would be sit and watch first then make your deceison.
