I have been taking my 3 cars to this Midas location for a year now-oil change, tire rotation and have a minor car work performed. We have used the coupon off the website for the $19.99 special. On one car a synthetic blend oil had been used and have always been charged extra for this, which I agree for the additional charge. However, when the oil change was performed on 3/28/2011 I was charged full price and was stated by Jennifer the manager that they don't honor the $19.99 coupon for synthetic blend. I have been charged $35.00 for the service and was charged $80.00 for the same service. Jennifer was very rude and informed me that I had been charged wrong the previous times. If this is how you are going to run your business, I see why you lose customer. We will not be coming back to this location and I suggest that each person proceed with caution. I would have given no star rating, but had to pick at least one
