Check out Sunstone Yoga in Southlake, you won't be disappointed! Never tried yoga? No worries - this is the place to start. The studio is perfect for others like me, who'd never taken a yoga class before and were curious and let's admit it...intimidated. At Sunstone SL, there are newbies and experienced students - who together go through the 60 or 90 minutes classes along with the instructor. The environment is terrific, students friendly and the instructors are fantastic. One of the best differentiators is that Sunstone offers 5 yoga classes, so you can mix it up and stay engaged. C'mon in and try it....10 days for $10 - a deal you cannot pass up.
Pros: Safe place for beginners, great for experienced students, clean and fresh practice rooms
