Review content:
We say ""Hidden Gem"" because the location is on the north end of 23rd Avenue, which is not frequented as often as the trendy south end of NW 23rd. We had been looking for new dining room furniture for several years. Because we have a small dining room area, most furniture was too large for our space. Then we discovered Ecce Domus! Their sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory (which includes a respectable amount of furniture made from both sustainable and one-of-a-kind woods). They were happy to allow us to shop at your own pace. They never made us feel that we had to make a decision on the first visit. This allowed us time to check out all of their furniture at our leisure without feeling pressured. After visiting the store several times we decided to purchase a set of six of their Teak dining room chairs. It often takes a few visits to make a smart decision and we feel that, with the owners' help, we have made one! Not only were the owners willing to work with the price, they also delivered several of the chairs to our home themselves. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone that wants to see what is trendy, sustainable and available for all sizes of home furniture, or all that are in need of a ""special"" piece.
Pros: Variety, value, friendly staff
Cons: Can be hard to find a parking space
