A friend referred me to Ann Mowat two months ago because she believed acupuncture to be a great benefit for physical and mental wellness. I had pretty much kept my distance from needles in the past but Ann's friendly demeanor and positive outlook quickly won me over.
I've had some physical problems in the past but I can honestly say the treatments have given me a mental boost that I would not have imagined. And my physical ailments have become much less taxing, which is huge for me since my job requires a lot of traveling and moving around.
It's because of Ann. She is not only great at her job but her care extends to a client's mental state as well. She's like the friendly neighbor who comes over for coffee every weekend. You look forward to seeing her because you know there will be a smile on your face after each session. She's a great acupuncturist and better yet, she's an even better person.
I recommend Ann Mowat to anyone who will listen! You won't regret giving her a call. Do it today.
