Review content:
Crown Electric Company has done residential work for me several times. They did the electric work for my hot water heater, dryer and over. I've had nothing but good experiences with them but this last time comes with a minor complaint. I was scheduled to be the first job of the day at 7:30 am. The office called me to let me know there was a ""snafu"" and the tech would not arrive until 8:30. He did arrive at 8:30 and did a very good job. I needed an outlet moved in a difficult to navigate area of my bathroom. He completed the work in about two hours and even got out his vacuum to clean the area. But you'd think the office would give me at least a SMALL discount since they kept me waiting for an hour. Since this was the first job of the day, it certainly was not as if they ran over schedule on the previous job. It just seemed like an easy thing for them to do to keep a previously happy customer happy. My time is valuable too and since I get paid by the hour, I lost an additional hour of pay that day. I'm not sure I'll be using them for my next project if they can't be reliable.
