Review content:
The Paychex system is not perfect, not even close. They run our payroll for my small company, and most months they make a significant error and my employees feel cheated. The ""Payroll Specialist"" we got stuck with is unprofessional, and is always defensive about her mistakes and never apologetic, and even blames them on me! When I have time, I'm switching to Fidelity or another provider.
Pros: At least they run additional payrolls without cost as they are correcting their mistakes.
Cons: Unprofessional, incompetent, and defensive. Many mistakes - they refuse to take accountability for mistakes.
