Businiess name:  Colville St Patisserie

Review content:
My friends and I could not have been happier when we learned that the Colville St. Patisserie was the ONLY thing in Walla Walla open on Easter. We settled in for a multi-course pastry feast. Their mini quiches are delicious, as are the chocolate hazelnut turnovers, kouign aman and quick breads. My favorite this visit was a flaky croissant filled with duck confit and garlic herb bechamel - be still my heart! Their granola over Greek yogurt is a delicious and slightly healthier option. Colville serves espresso and also makes fancy cakes, tartes, petit fours and the like. Be sure to visit multiple times, as every day brings new unexpected delights like rosewater scented handmade marshmallows and Cayuse Cherry gelato (named for the local winery from which the cherries originated). Pros: Sweet and savory pastries, cakes, tartes & gelato! Cons: Busy - take it to go
