Review content:
We recently bought a tv that was defective from this store. We don't live in the area and tried to take it back to one closer to us and were met with rude/unhelpful staff the other location. We decided to drive back and have customer service at this location help us. Customer service handled the matter very well and fixed the issue. I wish the Walmarts in Houston were this good! Customer service and the staff seem to care about customers, unlike other locations.
