I would strongly recommend others to seek someone else for their tree service needs. Hunt Tree Service contracted to cut down and remove a pine tree and the stump from my yard in September 2010. They did cut down the tree, however, due to their oversight they were unable to remove the stump at that time. I then spent numerous unanswered attempts to contact them via phone and email over the ensuing 3 months to have them finish the job and remove the stump, to no avail. I ultimately had to get someone else to remove the stump at an additional cost which Hunt Tree Service indicated they would only reimburse me $50 for a job that cost $150. The owner indicated in an email on December 14th that he had his accountant issue me a check for $50 and that I should receive it that week. In a follow-up email on January 6th, I informed him that I had still NOT received the check I should have received almost three full weeks earlier. As of this posting (January 15th, 2011) I have still not received the 'promised' check for $50. You can decide for yourself, but I found Hunt Tree Service to be unreliable, untrustworthy, and dishonest.
