the front office staff is extremely incompetent. they tell you things will be taken care of and then don't follow through with their promises. there are spiders in the stair wells and nothing is being done about it (they are now moving into apartments). there is only one person on the maintenance staff so if when he's not here, there is no one to fix issues with your apartment. i have put in 5 complaints about my dishwasher being broken over the last 3 months and it has yet to be fixed. they allow college students to gag all over the walk ways and stairs, leave beer cans and half full plastic cups everywhere outside and play very loud music all hours of the night and when someone complains, they do nothing about it. the police have to be called to make them turn it down. we were told when we moved in that the company would be putting up a gate to the parking lot so people that do not live here can not park in spots reserved for residents and we later found out it was a lie. they come into our homes and change the way that doors face because when the building was first built it was not done so to city code. they have ripped out kitchens because they were not built to code. people have gotten so sick of putting up with all the things that this company does that they have a higher move out rate than move in rate. my husband and i have been locked in our apartment for 3 hours once because our locks broke and we live on the 3rd floor and had no way out. the maintenance man has locked me out of my apartment by coming in when he wasn't permitted to because i wasn't home. i do not recommend this place to anyone.
