Hired Luker Builders to complete our basement space. They did the framing, drywall, smoothing the new drywall, painting, flooring, lighting and so on. We are so happy with our new space, it is just gorgeous! My husband and I did not think we could afford to do it the way we really wanted to right off- but the team helped us make smart choices and actually saved us money every step of the way. I haven't ever had an experience this terrific before with a contractor- we won't use anyone else from now on. Thank you Luker Buildes!
