I joined Pearland's Best Body Challenge 6 weeks ago through Method Evolution and it has been one of the most rewarding, encouraging experiences ever! I had a baby 10 months ago and have been trying to lose the baby weight and just couldn't do it but with JC and his team's help I have lost all the weight I had hoped to lose and am stronger and feeling better than ever! JC and the other trainers are very experienced and professional yet very personable and friendly. They have emphasized all along the way that if I need help with anything or have any questions just ask and they genuinely mean it! I have always been fairly athletic and loved to run but Method Evolution's Bootcamps are by far the most challenging, fun workouts I have ever done! I always look forward to them! I highly recommend Method Evolution to anyone and everyone! And as a homeschooling mama of 4 little ones I encourage you that anyone can do it!!
