I was intimidated by gyms, thinking that most of them were prepared for or interested in helping people who were already relatively fit. Being obese, I do not fit into that category. But from my very first phone call to Method Evolution to check out its program, to my first personal training session, I have always felt comfortable, welcome, and very supported. In only a few months, I have lost 20 lbs and ~15 inches. I can always fit the 30 minute workouts in, and they have childcare for my kids to make it possible. I urge everyone in Pearland to at least check it out .
