I went to the Roxpour on Fri May 4th with a group of friends from UHSSL. First sitting at the bar @4.30 and ordered a Bud Light, then @5pm, I bought another Bud Light for my professor.That was it..
During the time there, I checked my account and they said it was closed. I was so surprised that I did not signed any check so I confirmed again before I left the bar that if my check was closed.
Went home and see on my online banking, it shows
Pending Misc. Debit POS DEBIT THE ROUXPOUR SUGAR LAND TX $38.50
I don't know where the amount from. Very bad service since how could they charge my credit account without checking if i was the one who signed the check..Very caress. Called to the restaurant and talked to the manager. He gave a promise he would clear it away and fix the error. Today I check again, the amount is still there and pending.
Very disappointed with the working way of the Roxpour!! Gonna call again today
