I love to support local Austin businesses so when I decided to buy that US of America flag that I have been meaning to buy I visited Lady Liberty Flag and Flagpole. The company is locally owned and operated here in Austin which is very important to me and is why I chose to work with them. Boy did I make a good choice. Their website had everything that I needed from the flag to the flag displaying accessories. I selected the products that I wanted and finalized the purchase quickly and with ease. The owner of the company immediately followed up with me by email thanking me for my business and making sure that I had a good experience. Now that is good customer service. The products arrived in 3 days which was quicker than they estimated. Great job Lady Liberty Flag. Thank you!
