Doc quick weight loss is a balanced and healthy diet. I felt good and had energy all during the entire 40 day plan. I feel so much better now than I did before. I lost inches every where and I am fitting into my old clothes again. If you decide to do this, make sure you have all the stuff and then start. They give you specialized one on one attention and tell you step by step what to do so you get the most of them plan. I did the fat burning b12 shots. I am following the stabilization now and my weight is pretty steady. They have a plan if you gain any weight but I follow the plan and stay stable. I was afraid after stopping the injections I would feel hungry but I don't. Its a great place and a great program..
