Review content:
I took my car in to get a bumper replaced from a simple fender bender. My car's bumper has rear proximity sensors that beep when reversing close to an object. The sensors were not damaged whatsoever during the fender bender, and functioned perfectly during the several months before I took it in to get fixed. After a simple replacement of the bumper shell, the sensors no longer worked. Precision Auto Body denied any wrongdoing, and even suggested that I was making the story up that my sensors were working beforehand. They believed that the sensors were probably damaged in the accident, and that they were not responsible for the damage. It's fairly obvious to me that they damaged something during the bumper replacement and would not fess up to it. These people are very happy and professional when they take your money, but if anything goes wrong, trust me, they will be condescending and hands off of any wrongdoing. Do not take your car to Precision Auto Body. They were inconsiderate when I called them out on their mistake and will bully you until you go away. I'm out an extra few hundred dollars because of their reckless repair work for something as simple as a bumper replacement.
