Review content:
I have lived here for over 20 years now and still consider it a fine place to live. There can't be a prettier grounds in Manhattan. It is a very safe community and as a long time resident, my rent is very affordable for this city...but I'd assume that even the market prices are lower than comparable apartments around considering its distance from the train station. This is the one major drawback but I take the bus everywhere so it still suits me fine. The important factors for me such as the health club, security at all hours, and relative quiet are strong. Management and maintenance should be more responsive but as they say, you can't have everything...I'm a New Yorker born and bred and this is frankly as close to ""everything"" as you can get in this real estate market.
