My boyfriend and I recently purchased a dining room set for our first home over the fourth of july from Kleban. We were quoted a price and given a contract that clearly stated the price that I signed and made a downpayment on. A few weeks later we received a phone call from the sales lady stating that there was a ""discrepancy"" in the price, and that we would have to pay $1700 more (they ""forgot"" to add the price of the chairs). The company made no effort to rectify the situation. It was either pay up for a mistake that their company made or cancel the order. I think this is horrible business pratice. If we are given a contract we should get the items we ordered for the price their company gave us. Or at the very least try to spilt the cost or something, or anything however they made no effort. I would never go back to this store again.
