Truly a wonderful little spot in Santa Barbara to pick up some beautiful bouquet arrangements. I had ordered something online and wasn't entirely pleased when I received the arrangement in person (not that the arrangement wasn't beautiful, it just wasn't what was pictured online as what I had ordered), and as soon as I got on the phone to remedy the situation I was HAPPILY greeted with the utmost care and customer service !!!!
They say all around that customer service in general is on the decline, but you need not worry when you step into San Roque Florist of Santa Barbara. Wish all places could be like this ! They even sent me out a small complimentary arrangement to remedy the situation. :)
I will definitely continue to bring my business to this flower shop !
