On the day of the inspection, Fernando arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection- attic, eaves, windows, crawl space. Took about an hour. Found termites in the fascia. He explained how they would treat each area of the house with the borate treatment.
On the day of treatment, John arrived promptly. He thoroughly coated the attic and crawl space and garage with borate anti-termite and anti-fungal treatment. Injected treatment into the infested fascia. Also coated underside of patio cover. Also noted a crawlspace leak and a post slipping off a foundation. Took about 3.5 hours.
Overall, good, thorough service, but they could lower their prices a bit b/c I researched the Bora-Care product afterward and found the price to be $150 for the two gallons needed.
