I have lived here in the Village (Laguna Woods), for the past 25 years, during that time, I was resolved to only having a wall unit that I used to keep cool in the summer months & heat during the cold winter nights. Recently, a new neighbor moved in next to me, he came over & introduced himself to me and then went on to say that he was uncomfortable about the wall unit that was supposed to keep him cool during summer & warm during the winter. He mentioned that he sought out contractors & bids to install a new system. He told me that he selected Dickson?s Air Conditioning & Heating, why you ask, because as he stated, their representative was very experienced in providing all the options his company could provide that would make your home a very comfortable place. His name, John Grigas. My neighbor invited me to feel the way the system worked in his home, when I went into his home, I was overcome by how comfortable/cool/and silent the system worked as well as energy efficient. The service was prompt and due to having multiple units installed, I was up and running in 2 days, I am very pleased and comfortable now! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering to replace or install a new unit. This company has an outstanding reputation & honors its commitments! They are a ?Diamond Dealer,? the highest quality rating a company can receive! Thank you Dickson?s!
