I don't understand some of these reviews? I made an appointment since by best friend has given me such rave reviews of Dr. Ackerman. The office staff greeted me and was very friendly. The wait in the office was not long at all. When the Dr. came into the exam room she was very nice and took her time to listen to me and my frustration over my adult acne problem. She went over how to provide relief both from a cosmetic and pain standpoint. I thought she was great and very helpful. I have to wonder if these reviews are legitimate Does not even seem to be the Dr Ackerman I went in to see.
