Last month two of my dogs past away. One of them I knew the time was close. He was a 15 years old miniature schnauzer . The other one, a 1 year old maltese, die for unknown reason a few days later. The vet didn't find anything wrong. It was a bad time. Kar Sim worked with me thought the whole cremation for both. I was able to get the right urn for them. And even had my beloved stupid dog engraved right onto the urn. And since I lost both at almost the same time Kar Sim let me work out a payment plan. The staff was great. They sat there and listen to me cry and had many kind words to say. They are worth every penny. Will use them again in the the I hope very far away futuer.
