I am writing this review while eating up my leftovers from last night.
It's Persian food, but that really doesn't say enough. The owner was a nurse who had a calling to nourish people with good food. Recipes from her grandmother. Spices and herb combinations that are very unique and delicious. I ate several beef dishes, chicken, a few salmon dishes, eggplant, etc.. --- everything totally tender and fresh. The owners let me know they only shop for that day - so everything is very fresh. Even the water is special.. they purify it using a very fancy machine that reduces the acidity, increases alkalinity -- and bottom line there is, it tastes deliciously clean. Their ice tea had cardamom and was so good I drank more than a few glasses. Prices are medium-low, so that is no worry. The dining area is colorful, friendly, comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough. If there was ever a restaurant that set out to do right by the customer, this is the place - don't let their hard work go unappreciated. I am going back obviously.
