Michael Becker came out to appraise our house, completely lied about our property in general and was rude to the people inside the house in general. Beware if this guy is coming out to appraise your house! Michael put in the report that ?The subject garage doors are still on the garage,? when he was repeated told by people that lived there that the garage doors are not present and the outside is in fact a solid wooden wall painted white to match the house. The appraiser adjusted the house value down due to this falsity and I can still see my solid outside wall on google maps clear as day even though he couldn t figure it out in person.
