Look at the reviews on the Web by tenants and condo owners at Kettler-managed properties and you will find as I did when I was a resident that service couldn't be poorer
Kettler management is almost impossible to reach and when you do they lie
Here is an example of Kettler's idea of ""customer service""
I had a friend at Monarch Apartments (where I lived) who woke up one morning to find lime had leaked onto her car in the undergound garage and scratched the paint and the glass
Kettler refused to pay for the damage, saying she parked there at her own risk even though she was renting the spot
I knew a number of residents and building staffers who felt the same kind of contempt for basic decency from Kettler
Your money is better spent elsewhere than at a Kettler property
