It is very rare that my husband and I dine out in Phoenix, but we were told that Zen 32 was an amazing sushi restaurant hidden in the ritzy Biltmore area. Of course, it was the day after the New Year and we decided to stop in. There were not that many people dining, yet no one was there to greet us. The manager(I think only because he was wearing a tie) stood by the computers and did not say a word to us. Finally Brady took us to the Sushi bar. We were greeted promtly by both the server and our chef. He was the only american chef! Again, all mexican chefs! Our food was great (with our chef's witty creations as well). Our server was not very helpful,some what rude and seemed more interested in talking to other servers. We had many questions and neither our server nor a manager came by to ask us how we were doing. The bar was a complete difference. Great music, amazing bartenders and really cool martinis. Pros: Sit with the English Speaking Chefs. They pay more attention Cons: Service from server to management poor
