Review content:
We read all the reviews and decided to take a gamble on Royal Covers. The work on our screened back porch was supposed to take 3 weeks total, and it is still not all done over a month later. Also, the cleanup crew was non-existent. Metal and sharp glass was left all over our back yard, and we have 2 small kids! Wrong parts were sent out to the house, causing more delays and frustration. Wish I had not paid them in full, since they still have work to complete and we have not heard from them in 2 weeks! Look at other companies before making a decision on this one.
