What can I say but the owner goes the extra mile to ensure that you have the correct product/part and can get merchandise special ordered that Home Depot and Lowes does not carry or have the knowledge to assist. I don't know how many hours I have wasted in Home Depot when they are deciding to restock in the middle of the day and have the aisles closed down for a half hour or more when you are right in the middle of a project and don't have the extra time to expend. This does not happen at Ace. I would rather pay the extra cents and get professional service in a timely manner from a person that seals the sale with a smile and wants you to come back again.
Pros: Personal and professional assistance, in and out in a timely manner
Cons: Not close to home but worth the drive
