If your idea of a good bar experience is relaxing with a tasty pint, this is the place to go! They always have several great beers on tap, and the back room has tons of big couches -- you can definitely go with a large group and still sit together.
The bartenders are always spot-on in recommending a beer if you're willing to be adventurous, and they've got a good menu of late-night eats.
