Review content:
I've had two experiences going to Sam's. My first time was amazing. Everyone was very nice, food was amazing and I was very pleased. At that point, I would recommend everyone going there! A Groupon came out for them, so I decided to buy two of them because I was so pleased with my previous experience. I called in a to-go order for my family and the guy was incredibly rude. He closed in an hour, which I understand they don't want to be rushed, but he was talking to fast trying to rush me that I couldn't even understand what he was asking me. I had to go ask my sister in law a specific on her order, and asked him politely to hold on for a second, I had to run into the other room. The 10 seconds it took me to get the answer, he frantically asked me 3 times what I wanted. He had attitude with me the entire conversation, then told me I needed to hurry and get there cause he was getting ready to lock the doors, even though they were still open for an hour. That's no way to speak to your customers to get them to come back. After this experience, I do not want to give them my business.
