Review content:
In this day and age, when stress factors are multiplying by dozens every day, when all you hear about is how unhealthy, inactive, and obese Americans have become, the need for exercise classes that truly inspire you to be consistent to attend Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday classes, is more critical than ever. In this case, I am talking about the Jazzercise class that is held at the Almaden Community Center. Many of the students have been with this same instructor for 10, 15 and even 20+ years. She continually strives to maintain a positive environment, to inspire us with laughter, music, and her generous homemade treats on special occasions. The community center is for all of us. Whether you love the library, workout on the treadmill (not my cup of tea), or attend special events. This center is our tax dollars hard at work. This Jazzercise class is just another positive aspect of the center that adds an element of healthy activity to the people who chose this method as their way of counteracting scores of negative influences on their lives. Come join us and thank you for listening!.
