My daughter was assaulted on campus and the principle susan Evans was only going to use consequences if my daughter defended herself as she got punched numerous times in the back of her head.Because my daughter didnt fight back they showed favoritism and brushed it under the carpet for the other girl.They were only concerned about my daughter being present, when I kept her out of school for a few days to ensure the safety of my daughter as they were unable to do so. They were only concerned because those were days they didnt get paid for!!!!!!The only time they seem concerned is when it comes to test scores which effect their ratings and proves the integrity of how the school is run!!!!Children should not be scared to go to school.My daughter went from honor roll to F's we switched her 2 weeks ago and put her in Lincoln Unified and she just got her first award for An A in Math.The move was the best thing ever for her physically mentally and emotionally now she can focus on her dreams of becoming a teacher and going to a great university.Something that John Adams elementry as well as stockton unified school district was preventing her from.If I could rate a zero for Adams I would as well as the professionality of the staff at John Adams.Mrs Evans even stated that she had the ""right to assault me on the street if she had heard that I sppoke negatively about her"". This was the whole mentality of the staff this was the excuse they used as to why my daughter deserved to be beat because of hearsay with a lack of evidence!Total violation of my daughters civil rights and ca state laws and statutes.
