I purchased my first home a little over a year ago as an "as is" foreclosure. I noticed that there was a stain in the ceiling above my garage. When I went to have a look, I noticed that the plumbing boot was cracked and was the likely source. I thought being fairly handy and determined that this would be an easy repair for me to complete. However, I soon realized that standing on top of a ladder was not my cup of tea. I did lots of research before selecting a company that I felt comfortable with. The office staff was excellent and said they'd send someone (Leo) out as soon as possible for an estimate. Not only did Leo come when scheduled but also was able to fix my problem, and find a few areas that needed attention to prevent further problems. He explained why these areas would be a problem and how they could be easily fixed properly. I was able to have everything fixed at a reasonable price and able to rest assured that I was protecting my investment. The quality of workmansip was excellent. Leo went the extra mile to inspect the entire roof and corrected my roof's issues without tring to "upsell" me something that wasn't needed; what a refreshing change? When I told my dad about my experience he said that he would want their number too, since there was a few things that his house needed also. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.
