Well, AtlantaRoofing.Com came to my house to put on a new roof after we had storm damage. We decided to get an upgrade after they showed us some samples of the better quality tiles for roof they offer, which they said would last longer. So, we went with them, and after they finished, I was really pleased with the work. They cleaned, and I couldn't even tell they had been here the next day.
They were easy to work with, and Trace, who was the owner of the company I think, came out and talked with us. He took us around and showed us other houses who they had done work for so we could see beforehand what their product looks like. I just thought they were thorough and very professional.
This work was in Fall 2011, and then I recommended them to my father, who needed a chimney cap at his house. They did that work, and I sent more recommendations out because they did a good job with that too.
I was pleased with the office personnel, as well. They called when Trace told me they could call, and I got some information from them. They're always polite and helpful. After the job, Trace came out to inspect the work and make sure it was up to his standards. He didn't even charge us until it was all finished.
