I bought two of my kittens from these guys. Their store is kind of haphazard, and a lot of their products are quite dusty, but they take GREAT care of their animals. The owner is VERY knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and chatty. He gives great recommendations for all your pet needs and is extremely helpful. These guys really care about their animals, and i've seen them on occasion take in animals who are given up by their owners. I once found a sick bird out in the cold one winter, brought it to them and they nursed him back to health. Once a week they hire a vet to come into their store to treat their own animals, and any animals their customers want to bring in to have someone look at them.
Pros: helpful staff, very knowledgeable, fantastic service.
Cons: product selection could use some variety, no parking (not really a surprise in new york)
