This place was awful. We made an 8:30 appointment to have the car looked at. At 2:30, we called to check on it, and they said they had not started to work on the problem yet. Then at 3:45, they called to say they didn't have time to finish working on it. Supposedly they pulled out the dashboard and put it back together. Funny, as the dashboard is still dusty with no marks on it. On top of all this nonsense, Frank, the service manager, was incredibly and inexcusably rude. He chastised us, saying it takes more than 5 minutes to fix a car (obviously, it had been there for almost 8 hours). When we informed him we would not be coming back to Bartlett Automotive, Frank stated ""Well, that's good for me!"" I have never been treated like this by anyone in any management capacity. I was appalled with the service here. Don't go unless you want to waste your time and money, and be lied to and treated like a child.
